The MÉRIDA Wand is designed with a single, sleek display panel. Simply press the bottom Power/Mode button to cycle through the clinical modes (Clean, LED/Import, Lifting/EMS, Eye Care, and Warm/RF). Use the secondary Level button to adjust intensity settings between Low, Medium, and High (L/M/H) to suit your skin's tolerance.

Yes. For the EMS (Lifting) and Warm modes, the device requires a water-based serum, conductive gel, or hydrating facial oil to act as a barrier-free medium. This ensures smooth glide and enables the electrical microcurrents to flow deeply and safely into facial muscles without causing skin dragging or irritation.

MÉRIDA is suitable and safe for all skin types. However, you should avoid using the device if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, active metallic facial implants, open wounds, or active skin lesions. We always recommend starting your treatment on the Low (L) intensity level to test skin sensitivity.

For optimal results, use the device for 5 minutes per session, 3 to 5 times a week. You will experience immediate, visible depuffing and a warm, glowing skin tone after your very first use. Toned contouring of the jawline and reduction in fine lines typically manifest within 14 to 21 days of consistent application.
